5 Hottest Peppers Out There To Make Your Hottest Hot Sauce

There are some very hot peppers out there.  In India is the hottest pepper on the hot pepper scale.  The Guinness Book of World Records has dubbed this pepper the Hottest Pepper in the world.  What is it?

1. Bhut Jolokia Chili

This pepper, with one small bite will make your eyes water, your nose burn as if you’ve been punched in the face and your mouth will feel heat for up to 5 hours!
